Visit of Team from Cliff College
Churches Together in Todmorden are hosting a team of 6 young people from Cliff College for ten days, starting on Friday June 13th.
The team arrive on Friday afternoon and after a meal, there is a commissioning service at St Mary's conducted by our Vicar Canon Owen Page and assisted by Revd Robbie Bowen and Revd Glenn Cannon.
The Week's Events:
Saturday 14th Breakfast at Lumbutts and prayer Walk to Stoodley Pike Hope 08 Clean -Up Tod campaign followed by a Curry organised by the Asian Community around Stansfield Street
Chill out with the Youth at Lumbutts
Sunday 15th Live@ 9.15 Central Methodist Church 11.00 Yew Tree Court - Morning Service
6.00 Anniversary Service at Lumbutts
7.30 Praise and Worship Special at Roomfield

We meet informally for prayer Monday to Friday mornings, beginning at 7:00 a.m. The church is open from 7.00 until 9.00 and friends are welcome to drop in for as long as they wish. On some days the prayer follows a selected iturgy; on other days it is less formal - it depends on who comes! Occasionally we celebrate the Eucharist within the Morning Prayer Service |
